Paul Bernard was born in New Jersey and raised in Pennsylvania. Eventually, Mr. Bernard and his family moved to Florida, where he attended Fort Pierce Central High School. He attended Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina, where he was a four-year Men’s Basketball team member. Upon graduating from Methodist University, Mr. Bernard received a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies with a concentration in Forensic Science. Upon graduating from Methodist University, Mr. Bernard matriculated into Florida Coastal School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor.
Cassidy Loutos, Esq.
Cassidy Loutos is a civil trial attorney that actively litigates in state and federal court regularly. She ss a Florida Super Lawyer and has successfully collected millions of dollars for her clients. She is an experienced litigator who has been recognized by her peers as one of the top lawyers in her field.
Ms. Loutos handles plaintiff matters involving personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, and wrongful death cases throughout the state of Florida. Ms. Loutos has extensive experience handling complex cases involving catastrophic injuries resulting from automobile accidents, trucking accidents, pedestrian accidents, and other types of personal injury accidents. She also handles complex medical malpractice cases involving birth injuries, brain damage due to surgical errors, sepsis infection cases, and other devastating injuries caused by medical negligence during treatment by hospitals or physicians.
She has successfully collected millions of dollars for her clients, but her biggest victories come from helping to ensure that justice is served. She believes that every individual deserves their day in court and the right to have their case heard by impartial jurors who are bound by law to give an unbiased verdict.
She was born and raised on the Treasure Coast. She graduated from Clark Advanced Learning Center in 2010 with honors (cum laude), received her Bachelor's Degree in 2011 from the University of Central Florida (cum laude), and graduated from Barry University School of Law in 2014 also with honors (cum laude) and passed the Florida Bar at the age of 22!

Mairim Zalez, J.D., Executive Director
Mairim is a native Floridian. She attended high school in Palm Beach County where she graduated from Palm Beach Lakes High school in the top 10% of her class. She was enrolled in the Law Magnet Program at her high school and was involved in several organizations dedicating her time to giving back to her community. She made her way to Orlando and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelors degree in Psychology and a certificate in Behavioral Forensics. Mairim worked as a leasing agent while in college and spent many hours volunteering her time to programs that aided children with disabilities in the surrounding Central Florida area. Mairim then moved to North Carolina to pursue law school and graduated from law school in 2016. After graduation, Mairim made her way back to Florida to begin her career. She worked for a solo-practioner for almost two years gaining experience in criminal defense and personal injury. From 2018-2022, she was the pre-litigation case manager at local law firm working in the field of personal injury law. She has been working as a legal consultant for various law firms in Palm Beach and the Treasure coast, helping firms achieve their goals and dedicating her time to helping those who are injured. She currently works at a boutique personal injury firm. Mairm is the Executive Director of the Treasure Coast Justice Association. Her mission is to grow membership, while partnering with local businesses and putting together meaningful programming for the members. Mairim continues her efforts in giving back to the community through participating in local charity events, local church programs such as feeding the homeless and volunteering with other non-profit organizations. She is currently on the board of Friends of Jupiter Beach, a local non-profit.
Mairim currently resides in Jupiter with her family. She has a rescue dog named Ziggy and a cat named Binx. Mairim enjoys going to the dog beach every Sunday to wind down after a long week. In her free time, Mairim also enjoys traveling with friends, wine tastings, kayaking in the local state parks, and going to Disney.

Before joining our firm, Daniel served as an Assistant State Attorney for Palm Beach County, where he successfully prosecuted numerous high-profile cases, including drunk drivers and violent criminals. A magna cum laude graduate of Florida State University and cum laude from the Fredric G. His experience includes competing in mock trials and serving as a Certified Legal Intern with the State Attorney’s Office in Gainesville, FL.
